Thunderbird School of Global Management to Host Cultural Orientations Approach™ (COA) Certification Workshop

The inaugural Thunderbird and TMC joint COA Certification workshop will be held March 19 -20 on the Thunderbird Campus in Glendale, AZ.

The workshop is designed to introduce the academic market to the COA approach integrating the Cultural Orientations Indicator® (COI), an assessment tool used in determining cultural challenges and acceptance among colleagues, with TMC’s Cultural Navigator™ to provide a sound foundation for building individual, team and organizational cultural competence. This progressive learning experience engages participants through theory and practical application in a classroom, virtual or blended-learning setting. The workshop will be facilitated by a master facilitator with extensive expertise in the Cultural Orientations Approach.
