Stephen M.R. Covey to Keynote Global Summit on Negotiation and Trust at Thunderbird

Stephen M.R. Covey, renowned author of the NY Times and WSJ no.1 Bestseller, “The Speed of Trust” will be speaking at the Global Summit on Negotiation and Trust, a three-day event that will take place Nov. 8-10, 2013 at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.

Covey will be providing a special keynote and training session on the “Speed of Trust” as one of the world’s leading experts on cross-cultural communication, trust and negotiation.

During the Global Summit on Negotiation and Trust, which is sponsored by Thunderbird Executive Education, participants will learn how to become better at forming and sustaining collaborative relationships, increasing cross-cultural competence and trust in international negotiation settings, and guarding against the exploitation of trust. Additionally, participants will expand their personal and professional networks while harnessing the collective wisdom of experienced practitioners, top scholars and executive peers.

Thunderbird professors Karen Walch, Ph.D. and Eileen Borris, Ph.D. and adjundt professor Keld Jensen will speak at the event. This year’s conference also includes a concurrent youth program that provides a limited number of high school students including those from under-resourced communities the chance to attend the event at no cost.
